There are numerous views, some of which conflict, on this fascinating subject.
The following blogs draw together the various strands of opinion to explore these Dimensions. Make of them, and explore further, as you will.
What is meant by a Dimension?
A Dimension may be regarded as a state of consciousness and a means of organizing different planes of existence.
Each dimension has certain sets of laws and principles that are specific to the vibratory frequency of that dimension.
Circular Time Theory states that over a very long period of time things will repeat. There is a link here with the concept of Universal Knowledge, that everyone knows everything, it just has to be rediscovered.
All Human Beings are Multi-Dimensional Beings of Light with a visible dense physical body which some of their Consciousness has been projected into, and have the potential to access the first 5 dimensions.
Usually many of us are comfortable with our awareness being at 3-D level, but by asking our spirit guides for assistance, it is possible to access the 4th dimension, the astral plane or “time”, and the 5th dimension.
Indigos and Crystals can access the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th dimensions. Some Crystals can access the higher dimensions.
The Sixth Dimension – Symbols; Communication
Some call the Sixth Dimension “The Teaching Dimension.”
The intention, however, of this dimension/entity is not to teach, but rather to provide information and the means to convey it.
All language, symbols, and models start here. It is where the Universe pours the archetypical moulds. At this level, we find the cast for astrological and genetic codes. It also houses the Akashic records, the complete files on everyone and everything.
This intriguing dimension is a honeycomb of dimensions within dimensions within dimensions. You could spend many long lifetimes here and never for a moment become bored. The inhabitants are astute, quick, and exciting.
The Akashic records surfaced as an idea in the 19th Century when Alfred Percy Sinnett, in his book Esoteric Buddhism (1883), wrote of a Buddhist belief in “a permanency of records in the Akasa” and “the potential capacity of man to read the same.” In 1899 C. W. Leadbeater published his book “Clairvoyance”.
The association of the term with the idea was complete, as he identified the akashic records by name as something a clairvoyant could read. In his 1913 book “Man: How, Whence, and Whither?”, Leadbeater claims to record the history of Atlantis and other civilizations as well as the future society of Earth in the 28th century.
Edgar Cayce (1877-1945), aka “the sleeping prophet”, claimed to have accessed the subconscious mind of his clients and the ancient Akashic records relating to them during trance sessions. He did this by leaving his body to journey to other realms. He would do this by lying down, closing his eyes and seemingly talk in a trance like state. Such was his credibility, President Woodrow Wilson engaged his services when forming the League of Nations.
The Sanskrit term akasha was introduced to the language of theosophy through H. P. Blavatsky (1831–1891), who described it as a life force; she also referred to “indestructible tablets of the astral light” recording both the past and future of human thought and action, but she did not use the term “Akashic”
The etymological roots of Akasha can be found in Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism describing sky, open space, vacuity, ether and an ethereal fluid imagined as pervading the cosmos. It only appeared, and became adopted, in western occultism and spiritualism, in the late 19th century.
Clearly, there is a link between the concept of the Akashic records and the Universal Knowledge theory that the Greeks, through Socrates, pioneered. If there is universal knowledge – where is it stored? In the Bible references can be found to a book of life. A similar belief set can be found amongst the Arabs, the Assyrians, the Phoenicians, the Babylonians, Chinese and the Hebrews, of celestial tablets which contain the history of humankind as well as all manner of spiritual information.
The Akashic records are claimed to be the library of all events and responses concerning consciousness in all realities throughout time. Every lifeform therefore contributes to, and has access to, the Akashic Records. Meditation may help us to access this library of universal knowledge in which past cause, event, and result can be seen.
When accessing the future, the events are known, but the responses are only probable. However, based up on an individual’s responses in the past, the Akashic seer/reader can investigate probable future responses and give the highest future probability. With practice, as the readers skills evolve and improve, a state of unification and awareness can be achieved whereby even the future responses are known with absolute clarity, instead of only as a probability.
It is unsurprising that a belief in the Akashic Records, using them as a portal to their own past lives, is popular with Past Life enthusiasts. I am not sure that it matters whether the 19th Century construct is taken literally, or just used as a more relatively modern hybrid of a centuries old belief set.
The sixth dimension is the realm of geometry and is the language of life and light, from which all things manifest. Sacred geometry is the study of form and structure. All material things in the third dimension have an energetic template. According to traditional occult principle, in order for anything to exist in the material world, it must first exist on the astral plane.
It’s pattern, it’s basic components, must be fashioned from the geometry of light in the sixth dimension. All form precipitates down from the sixth dimensions, through the diamond of Shamballa in the fifth dimension, to the astral archetypes of the fourth dimension, to physical forms in the third, second, and first dimensions.
The sixth dimension is mental in nature and based on the ideas of information. Thoughts first take form in the sixth dimension before they manifest on the astral plane. Ideas take “shape” here through sacred geometry. All shapes are said to be based on combinations of platonic solids-five shapes, each resonating with a different element.
The platonic solids are expressions of elemental energy on a higher plane. Their “discovery” is credited to Plato, who also hypothesised the concept of Universal Knowledge, which itself links to the Akashic records.
The morphogenetic fields, the geometric structures of energy theorised by biologist Rupert Sheldrake, exist in the sixth dimension. They are patterns of energy that hold our template, that hold the geometry of not only our bodies but also the collective information of our species.
Morphogenetic fields are also associated with the concept of consciousness grids, which evolved out of a controversial theory known as the hundredth monkey effect. According to this theory, each species has a field of energy, low in energy but high in information, connecting all the members of that species, and this energy field transfers information to the members in a nonlocal fashion.
For more on nonlocal see Ervin Laszlo – science and the Akashic field // every member of the species is linked through an invisible force.
The human race’s morphic field is much like a racial oversoul or monad connecting us all genetically, culturally, and spiritually. It is believed that once a critical mass of people reaches a level of ascension, then the rest of the species can automatically ascend in what is called a global ascension.
