I was asked the question “how often do you think you would need a regression”

This really depends on your events, experiences, pace of life and the company you keep.

If we were to consider our bodies a vehicle for our soul, then it would depend on how hard you drive that vehicle through life experiences and emotions.

My car, for instance, gets a regular valet about once a month because I am up and down the motorway visiting clients and it get grubby, the picking my grandchildren up from school with drinks and biscuits at the ready, travelling to shops where people rub past with their emotional energy. All these energies squeeze into and get absorbed in our etheric bodies without us even noticing. All their debris lingers around us until we cleanse our space.

Most of us work in and around others, who in turn carry their own emotions, which rub off on us.

When you have had a great day with great company you go home happy and fulfilled by the vibrations around you.

Now imagine a nurse working in a mental health unit, a person working in a toxic or traffic busy environment, a medium reading for clients with issues. It is all absorbed. You may leave the space you work in, but you will unconsciously absorb and carry home some of their energy. You may not even know why you feel deflated, tired, or confused. Only when you are so exhausted that you feel you cannot work things out does the penny drop.

All energy has been scientifically proven to have consciousness and all things in our universe are constantly in motion, vibrating. Even objects that appear to be stationary are in fact vibrating energy, oscillating, resonating, at various frequencies.

Something interesting happens when different vibrating things come together: They will often start, after a little while, to vibrate together at the same frequency. They “sync up,” sometimes in ways that can seem mysterious. When you are immersed in divorce, family or work issues, caring or bereavement do you really think these do not impact and place shadows on your soul?

I think we have all been somewhere where we feel energised by the company we keep. On the other hand, we may have all been in situations where the company we keep depletes us.

This is described as the phenomenon of spontaneous self-organization. So, it is more than possible that whatever you do, wherever you go, you absorb some of that vibration.

Energy is all about vibrations, but it is also about the TYPE of vibrations and, most importantly, about shared vibrations, this is what we carry home with us and can sometimes cloud our view.

Everything is energy, and everything is connected to everything else. The water in the ocean and the clouds in the sky. The trees and the animals. You, me, and the world around us. Everything comes from the same source and returns to it. Everything is one. Thoughts and feelings are energy as well, so everything we think and feel has an influence on everything and everyone on this planet. In this way, we create our own reality, because mind rules over matter.

We understand that we need to protect and detach ourselves, to cleanse our environment, our house, protect our family but how often do we actually take time to cleanse ourselves from the energy that seeps into our souls from day to day?

I would suggest a past life regression at least once a year. You can absorb an awful lot of other’s emotions in a year, which can have such an effect on you, you just do not function to full capacity.

Look at it another way, our cars, boiler, smoke alarms get a yearly service as a matter of routine.

So, I will offer the question back to you knowing you have had time to evaluate you own circumstances, emotions and life experiences “how often do you think you would need a regression.”
