A fragrant sage aroma mixed around the wispy smoke, swirling amongst the ambient music in the vaulted meeting room above the Earth Spirit Crystal Shop in Davies Courtyard, Weddington Terrace, Nuneaton http://earthspiritcrystals.co.uk/ .
In the centre of the beamed loft stood a table dressed in deep purple velvet fabric an imposing jagged quartz crystal, glass orbs and incense candles. A raised massage couch with pillows and blankets awaited its first visitors for Chakra cleansing.
All course participants had brought food and drink for the group, helping to create an instant sense of community, quickly it was as if everyone had known each other for a long time. Only one male joined us, Colin, a man of obvious conscious and sub conscious awareness, light in essence but replete in the knowledge of “what is”.
Miguel Silva , our mentor, teacher, and practitioner for the day, sat at the top table, silent, ,meditating, invoking the energies he needed to work with for the day. Anticipating a day that would be full of love, energy and knowledge, full of balance and harmony, shifting our perceptions and thoughts.
A calm, gentle, bear of a man, he explained that the table was to be placed in the middle of us, so that our energies would encircle the process.
He embarked upon his journey of DNA exploration on 21st December 2012 by a converging and synchronicity of events.
He had felt his energy shift. He had felt emotional. And confused, not knowing what was going on, knowing nothing of Chakras and meditation, his life full of negatives, drink, hard drugs, relationships and other strife with bad hombres.
In 2013 he began experiencing how to turn around his life with help from Angels, Spirit Guides, and forge a new career. From the lowest moment in his life, losing his job, and a romantic relationship and the hurt that involved he relocated to Florida to re-join his family and spend time on his own, crying, Wondering why? He took a job on the night shift, this allowed him to be on his own, to heal.
And despite all the signs, symbols and media, trying to tell everyone what to do, he didn’t know, working as a Disney Bus Driver, until by chance he came across a business event. A change from his overalls he dressed in a suit for the business event where he met a man. He instantly felt a soul connection with him, and his energy, he took his business card to discover that he was an energy worker.
Miguel expected accountants, lawyers etc. there but an energy healer, bizarre or what? He telephoned him and, it seemed minutes but was in reality hours in total, asked hundreds of questions- and it changed his life.
He discovered Chakras, and it lit up something inside of him. At his first Reiki session, he cried like a baby as the tensions within him were released but then went on to study levels one and two before stopping, before becoming a reiki master, he somehow sensed, felt energy and a shower of light. Then he received a message that his friend had done his job, and he should move on.
Sometime later he came across a woman who took him to reiki master, training with her on reading crystals, so much to learn, but once again he received a message that his time with her was over, and he should leave her and move on. This made him think, “hang on, every time I get there you move me on, give me a break”. There was none.
Within months another woman came into his life, a Chiao master who shared his birthday, he immediately felt a real connection with her, and he asked to be taught by her, Pam Gaddie who had been his twin sister in a past life. As they worked she raised his energy and increased his knowledge of crystals but again felt the shift in awareness and received a message, that he now needed to teach too – so as before, he moved on.
Completely inspired, he set up his intention, to completely fit his home out for healing and invite guests, friends, anyone. Disillusioned his first meditation drew just one person, why? He decided to fold up his meditation table and started focussing on crystals, building bridges and creating more energy, alone. Many months alone meditating, digesting and revisiting his decision.
From that he embarked on remote energy healing from the web, but again he was told to move on, things kept popping up, referring him to other avenues – this time to DNA activation, something he knew absolutely nothing about.
He was told to trust, have faith, that people would come to him and he would help them evolve. He called it his Manifestation Package, working with crystals using a big grid, working alone, remotely and helping it to work while people slept. This took its toll on his shift pattern and day life.
Then after a year he embarked on one on one sessions in person, which lead to him receiving another message – to become a crystal light worker, more work!
Miguel worked on this with over 500 people using crystals remotely, with strong intentions, using crystal grids. This lead him to initiated crystal healing sessions. By creating grids, placing intention within them, he has achieved Chakra enlightenments for many.
Learning how to handle and take control of the energy of the crystals, which contain influential energies, and require careful management and supervision, and cleansing regularly, and being treating with respect. He had found an avenue and went with it wholeheartedly, with so much gusto it became his passion above all else.
Two months later his ego intervened, and the balance of the universe shifted, he became sick, unable to work, worrying about everything, everyone.
Then a guide entered his life, a Shaman, providing him with the understanding he needed, telling him that a time comes when things naturally come to an end. Jealousy and envy had consumed him, he felt guided to Shamanism, which seemed to revive his soul, something deep, with an ancient and sacred, medicine from the jungle.
Lots of questions ran through his head, balancing conclusions, coming up with reasons, trying to understand, but it somehow cleansed his body. He felt his soul healed, with unconditional love. There was so much to take on board, triggering him to cry with happiness as he saw his new incarnation evolving, but what was that?
He visualized a death scene, everything he was doing was wrong, and he realised how much he had hurt people, which brought on the fight and fight response so he wanted to flee, it was like a bad dream, but he received another message – “love, love changes everything Love, love changes everything, Hands and faces, earth and sky”, Love, love changes everything? Strange how the messages come to you (the humour of music by Michael Ball who popularised the song). How you live and how you die Love, it can make the summer fly, and a night seem like a lifetime of darkness. Yes love, love changes everything, and he took it on board. He trembled when those words went through his bones, and knew, nothing in the world would ever be the same.
So, on settling down his thoughts after many weeks of contemplating, he began energy work again, with the shamans, who told him (on his birthday) to move on, again, and not be restricted to any one medium. Returning to what he had been drawn to, to crystals, but bigger ones to fuel him, he took a deep breath and asked for help from the universe to allow him to work.
Certain crystals were calling him. The points on his crystal energy grids generated strong energy, and communicated to him to meditate and trust in what he saw, seven crystals, the colour of chakras, which work by allowing the chakras to flow through the body by communicating with each other. These crystals can even work when used under the bottom sheet of the bed by the feet, drawing in and out energy while your sleep.
This was a new concept, he worked with crystals on the body, by the body, but they were steering him to deeper depths, the sleep state, where you rest and restore, the crystals were to work under the cover of night, quantum healing.
Quartz crystals are the universe master healer with different colours having different properties, depths and vibrations. He was guided to work with selenite tops which have the highest vibrations and penetrate to the deepest areas. He pointed out that you should not allow your crystals to be touched by other people and should be treated well, as they have mysterious powers and healing energy.
From here we were directed to form a circle around a couch, with each of us in turn taking our part, to sit around the couch and put our intention to heal the student on the couch, and each in turn to lay on the couch and feel the vibration within the room (and by this time it was intense), the healing, and the awareness that our small group had established. Whether on the couch or part of a whole on the chairs directing our healing to the couch, we all felt part of a whole.
Miguel began his individual chakra healing initiation on each student with all students being a part of the whole, the feeling in the room was concentrated and penetrating. Some students relaxed, some came to point of release and cried, others were speechless for a time and sat in the silence once off the couch, they just sat on their chair, coming down from a feeling, an awareness, a knowing that something had changed within them. Root Chakra – red or black, grounding
Sacred Chakra- yellow or orange
Solar Plexus- Pirate stone, a grounding stone, yellow- citrine, tiger’s eye, close to colour yellow.
Heart Chakra- green calcite, malachite is strong for heart, uses energy very easily- use any green stone.
Throat- blue calcite, or anything blue, never needs to be changed, charges other crystals
Third eye – amethyst, has more energy and a deep colour, is stronger and higher grade
Herkimer diamonds – look Smokey and have a high vibrational value with the body
Crown Chakra- Sausalito are higher in vibration.
Selenite – connects with Angels, any type that is high or clear in vibration. It also charges other crystals but needs to be left in a box for 48 hours and can be left next to your bed as you go to sleep. They can be cleansed by stroking them.
Copal – is a root for burning incense.
After such an intense gathering of souls in a sacred fragrant room with a man of such obvious spirit, we were enthralled. For some time, we sat, we felt, we observed each other, we communicated silently, heads turning, smiles, nodding in silence, we recognised we had been moved, but without words and there it ended.
We departed to our homes for the night and began early the next morning. The next day we gathered in the vaulted loft, all voicing comments of having slept in a deep slumber that evening, but bizarrely waking at 4am. We all woke at 4am, turned in our beds, and slept until the alarm woke us for our DNA initiation workshop. There was a pause of silence on sharing this news, how come we all did this?
The next day we assembled, we brought food, gifts, we gathered our thoughts, we waited in turn for our DNA activation. As each in turn entered the green room of healing our sisters sat in the vaulted loft next door meditating, bringing in the energy for each of us on the couch, music, sage, ambiance and connected.
On being activated every one of us sat in silence, emanating a warm glow, enjoying a time of rest and balance before we could speak.
Each activation took at least an hour, time for the crystals evenly placed on our bodies to connect, for Miguel to work in silence, him sensing the vibration, power and strength. Allowing our bodies to settle, enabling our awareness to open a portal to scenes so vivid and surreal.
We shared our visions and scenes, of past lives, pictures of symbols, animals that came to us as if in a dream, smells, emotions, many tears of release and relief, much confusion and elation at the same time, emotions in a torrent soup. It was as if mother nature had brushed her hand upon our brows and placed us on a boat out to sea.
The wind picked up, turning into a storm, exposing us to fear, love, and vivid scenes, but without discomfort.
After the DNA activation, we were all noiseless, soft and comforted. Then we eventually spoke of our journey, which connected us all in some way, though we had never met before till this weekend, but we shared as if we were where one.
