Subsequently,
I have read her excellent book “It’s Not All Love and Light”, and worked with her on other matters of mutual Spiritual interest.
When I heard that she was running a workshop at Dunham Village Hall, I jumped at the chance of joining her session on “Using Your Aura & Mediumship”.
Most people know Dunham because of its bridge over the River Trent demanding an irritating forty pence toll charge, but it is a pretty village, with some nice pubs and a village hall which is modern, comfortable and with plenty of car parking.
Our group was diverse and friendly quickly bonding to take the most from Nina’s day.
We started with a meditation led by Nina to protect our aura, before using dowsing rods to measure each other’s aura.
The difference in range was quite remarkable. We then moved on to study some aura photographs, trying to assess mood from them, something we achieved with remarkable accuracy.
But the heart of the morning was dealing with how to protect ourselves from Psychic attack using a psychic shield, confusion and song! You will have to attend one of these workshops to find out more about that! And it didn’t stop there,
Nina then produced a blindfold, tied us up ( I am joking about that bit), and put us through an exercise of having to detect negative and positive energy around us, something which we found fun, informative and useful.
It was enormously empowering and we all now feel able to administer a psychic tap on the shoulder.
Moving on to consciously push, withdraw and vary our auric field was similarly fascinating.
With our spiritual faculties well and truly warmed up, some mutual healing was very welcome, preparing us for our mediumship session which included going through the “clairs”, how to banish bad spirits and how to use doorkeepers to control the spirit world.
A public speaking section boosted our confidence whilst tips on observing the body language clues offered by the spirit world were invaluable.
The day seemed to race by and finished all too quickly. It was a great opportunity to learn new things and make new friends. I can’t wait for the next one.[/cs_text][/cs_column][cs_column fade=”false” fade_animation=”in” fade_animation_offset=”45px” fade_duration=”750″ type=”1/3″ style=”padding: 0px;”][x_image type=”none” src=”https://jane-osborne.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/trowell-mbs-nina-1.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][/cs_content]
