I have been overwhelmed by the response to my audio clips from Past Life Regressions. Many of you have sent in questions as well as booking PLR’s (past life regression) for yourselves. The most common question is “what is the Inner Self?”
The inner self is an individual’s personal, internal identity – one that is distinct from identities defined by external, social forces and relationships. It is closely linked to a person’s values, beliefs, goals and motivations. The Inner self within every living being including human beings is the subtle core present within every being without which the existence of the body itself gets negated. The body is there for our Inner self is there.
Our inner nature is what we refer to as the inner self, and our outer nature is what we refer to as the outer self. Every single one of us has an inner and an outer nature
To know your inner self is to know your purpose, values, vision, goals, motivations, and beliefs. Not what you have been told by others, but what you have discovered for yourself. Knowing your inner self requires a high level of introspection and self-awareness. If you have clarity of at least half of what is listed above, you probably have quite a high level of self-awareness.
At the same time, the process of self-discovery never ends — it’s a life-long journey and beyond. This is where a past life regression can assist in unlocking those memories of lives lived so you can understand situations. Understanding and awareness removes fear.
As you uncover more of your inner self through past life regression, you may find that some of your real-life identities do not match your inner self. There’s a conflict between who you are and who you are expected to be.
If so, that’s fine. It’s a first step to discover who you are. The next step is to live in alignment with your inner self, as best as you can, within the context of the situation. At the same time, start to make long term plans to ultimately live in alignment with your true self. Releasing old patterns, belief systems that no longer serve, memories/trauma from past lives frees you to explore new possibilities.
All of my clients report that they are accompanied by a guide. Talking to your guide during a past life regression you will discover your progress, what changes you can make as your circumstances change, whether you are on the right track or alterations to your lifestyle may be needed.
That guide, or those guides (some appear for a specific task), can be called upon to help us on our terrestrial journey. Sometimes we follow their guidance, sometimes we do not. During a Regression, it is possible to bring them forwards to speak to them, all sessions are recorded for the client. They can be invaluable in giving an independent perspective on what is going on in a person’s life.
The consistent message from clients during a conversation with their guides is to spend time meditating and reconnecting. Just 10 minutes unplugged from Facebook, Twitter, and your email gives your brain the opportunity to organize its thoughts. More than 3,000 medical studies have been completed to fully validate the actual positive impact that meditation has on our mental and emotional state.
Where to we find the time? In the bath, on the bus, taking the dog for a walk, setting your clock early and listening to a meditation before the start of the day. You can find a way.

A past life regression with most therapist takes about one hour. My regressions take on average two and half hours. Why? The past life if fully investigated connecting with people from that life who are in your life today. At the end of that life I accompany you to the spirit realm to find your soul group and people from that group working with you today. I then connect with your Inner Self to work will me highlighting any areas in the body we can work on. These could be past life memories, symptoms relating to the client, entities or attachments that no longer serve the client. Prior to the session the client will have provided me a number of questions they want answered. These can range from health, work, people, or even was their dog in a past life.
It is important to rest after a past life regression for your body to adjust to the experience. Most people report to having the best night sleep in a long time.
