Take Control Of Your Emotions Meditation
I designed this exercise for my own self-development after a terrible accident left me paralysed for some years and the only method of release was through my mind, which was clogged up with a cocktail of emotions.
The only person that really knows you is you. You cannot hide your emotions from yourself, but you can begin to process thoughts and memories that no longer serve you. This mediation is a way of releasing the old for the new and the positive.
